What's It All About?

Impetus4 Success Academy

Reach your goals. Realise your dreams.

The only thing that stands between you and your dream is the will to try and the belief that it is possible.

I believe that we all have it within us to achieve incredible things.

Often we fall at the first hurdle as we allow our own self-limiting beliefs and fear to stand in our way.

If we can negotiate the minefield of our own mindset, our plans may fail because we do not know what to do next to start us on the right track.

We do not have the knowledge or skills we need to launch our business.

Impetus4 Success Academy is about helping you create the right mindset and providing the resources and the roadmap you need to guide you on your journey.

And you will not be walking that path alone. Supporting each other is at the very heart of what Impetus4 is about.

It is what I wish I had when I was first starting out in business.

What Impetus4 offers…

Masterclasses

Each month members get access to a new masterclass, covering a specific topic within Impetus4’s Four Steps to Success, covering personal development, starting a business, marketing and growth and systems and other stuff.

Resources

Each masterclass is accompanied by complementary checklists, cheatsheets, guides and workbooks for you to download. The weekly blog also includes how-to guides on all manner of topics relating to starting and growing a business.

A Supportive Network

Members receive automatic membership to the Impetus4 Inner Circle online community and Facebook group, where you can share your successes, struggles and ask questions or give advice. There is also a business buddy scheme, where members are paired up to support each other.

Personal Service

Sometimes only one-to-one support will do. For quick questions, members are encouraged to email me or call me direct and for more in-depth help I offer business mentoring to members at a discounted rate.

About Me

Hi, I’m Tracey Sweetland. Since 2014 I have been living my dream of running my own business.

I took the leap after taking voluntary redundancy and, along with three colleagues, set up an independent newspaper in my home town of Spalding.

In 2016, I set up an in-house marketing agency before taking voluntary redundancy again in September 2018. That was when I set up my own marketing business, Plan B Marketing – which became ACTS4 Marketing in June 2019.

I have now helped dozens of business owners by providing affordable and accessible website design, graphic design, public relations, copywriting and social media support.

My mantra during this journey has been – She believed she could, so she did…

Now I’m working on inspiring others to have that same belief in themselves. I want to help them have the courage to do whatever it takes for them to reach their goals.
